When a death goes undiscovered for an extended period at a Sebastopol property, biological fluids migrate downward through floor layers under gravity and capillary action. What's visible on the surface is rarely the full extent of what's underneath. Our thermal imaging-first protocol reveals the actual contamination before we commit to a written flat-rate price β so the scope matches the reality.
π Call +1-844-401-0166 β Assessment-First ProtocolUnattended death cleanup in Sebastopol isn't defined by what's visible β it's defined by elapsed time and the structural depth biological fluid reaches in that time. These four pillars govern how we approach every job.
Thermal imaging at your Sebastopol property reveals where biological fluid has traveled beneath visible surfaces. Moisture meters confirm penetration depth into subfloor and wall materials. The scope document β and the flat-rate price β is written from those readings.
Decomposition produces hydrogen sulfide, methane, ammonia, and a range of volatile biogenic amines that infiltrate adjacent rooms through shared wall cavities and HVAC systems. Our Sebastopol crews address biogas migration as a distinct treatment phase β not an afterthought.
We don't pad scope to protect against uncertainty in Sebastopol unattended death cases. Thermal imaging establishes actual penetration depth. The scope is built from data, the flat-rate price reflects reality, and the final invoice matches what was signed.
Unmarked vehicles and plain-attire crews are available for any Sebastopol unattended death cleanup job at no additional charge. Request at intake β no questions, no surcharge. The same certified crew, the same documented process, in a configuration that respects your privacy.
From surface contamination to deep subfloor saturation β our Sebastopol unattended death remediation service covers every phase of a scene regardless of elapsed time or structural complexity.
Our thermal imaging protocol at Sebastopol unattended death scenes reveals biological fluid migration that visual inspection misses entirely. Moisture meter readings at multiple structural layers confirm actual penetration depth. Scope is written from these readings β not from how the surface looks.
Material extraction at Sebastopol unattended death scenes follows a defined protocol: moisture meter confirmation of saturation threshold, documentation of what will be removed, extraction under full PPE, containerization per DOT 49 CFR, and chain-of-custody manifests at closeout.
We assess volatile compound migration at Sebastopol unattended death scenes before surface remediation begins. If biogas has migrated to adjacent rooms through shared cavities, those areas are included in the neutralization scope. Hydroxyl generators address molecular-level volatile compounds after structural treatment.
If a Sebastopol unattended death scene shows evidence of extended duration, we assess HVAC involvement as a standard part of the scope. Decomposition particulate and volatile compounds introduced into air handling systems don't resolve without targeted treatment.
Hydroxyl technology neutralizes the biogenic amines responsible for persistent decomposition odor at Sebastopol properties. Unlike ozone treatment, hydroxyl generators don't produce a secondary chemical smell and don't require property evacuation during treatment.
The documentation package from every Sebastopol job includes the underlying assessment data β thermal images, moisture readings β alongside the standard ATP results, waste manifests, before/after photography, and remediation certificate. Insurance adjusters in CA get the full picture.
Elapsed time determines complexity. Our process is consistent regardless β thermal assessment first, scope from data, flat-rate estimate, documented remediation, ATP-verified closeout.
Your coordinator at +1-844-401-0166 gathers elapsed time information during the intake call β that information determines crew size and equipment needed at your Sebastopol property. Dispatch initiates on the first call regardless of hour.
Arriving crew begins with thermal imaging and moisture meter assessment before any remediation work. These readings establish actual biological fluid penetration depth through structural layers at your Sebastopol property β the foundation for the written scope and flat-rate estimate that follows.
Your written estimate at Sebastopol is built from thermal imaging and moisture meter data β not from visual guesswork. Scope is detailed and specific. You sign before any work begins. The invoice matches what was signed.
Before we leave your Sebastopol property, ATP luminescence testing confirms every treated surface meets clearance standards. You receive the complete documentation set: thermal imaging records, moisture meter data, ATP results, waste manifests, and remediation certificate.
"My father passed alone and wasn't found for nearly two weeks. I had no idea what I was dealing with or who to call. Crime Scene Cleaner Online's coordinator explained everything β the thermal imaging assessment, why it mattered for elapsed time situations, and what the process would look like. The crew was thorough and respectful. The thermal images they showed me explained why the scope was what it was, and the insurance claim closed completely."
R. Fitzgerald β Sebastopol, CA"What distinguished Crime Scene Cleaner Online was that they brought thermal imaging equipment to assess penetration depth before writing a price. Every other company I called gave me a phone quote. Crime Scene Cleaner Online said they needed to see what was happening under the floor first. That's the right answer. The scope was accurate and so was the flat-rate price."
D. Yamamura β Property Manager, Sebastopol"Crime Scene Cleaner Online's biogas neutralization work was as important as the physical cleanup. The hydroxyl generators ran for 24 hours after the structural work was done, and the odor that had permeated the adjacent rooms was completely gone. The ATP results confirmed clearance across every affected room, not just the primary scene."
